Inner child healing is usually pretty emotionally activating/ emotionally charged for me. I tend to get stuck in the emotions but in our session together I was able to hold and feel the emotions and just let them flow!! 

I’ve been working on this piece of inner child healing for a long time and I have a particular situation where I always get stuck because of an empath response for another person involved with the trauma. Today was the first day where I felt I was able to honor AND bring resolution to this situation. 

It was really beautiful, and gentle. I could feel your love, and compassion pouring through the entire session and reiki was such a beautiful part of this session. I feel so much lighter, freer, so much more myself.
